Right of withdrawal and online return procedures:

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, and Law No. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, transposed to articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to cancel their order at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the items, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

The return by postal mail is at the customer's expense. The customer arranges the return at their own cost by postal mail after having previously contacted the company MisterChrono.com SARL by email.

Once the verification of the returned items is completed, MisterChrono.com SARL undertakes to reimburse the customer as soon as possible after the notification of the withdrawal request. In the absence of receipt of the relevant items or proof of shipment within this period, MisterChrono.com SARL reserves the right to postpone the refund until the day of the recovery of the relevant items or the provision by the customer of proof of shipment of the relevant items.

The entire amounts paid for the relevant items, to the customer's bank account or payment account used for the payment of the items, will be refunded in euros.

The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Addition for international transactions:

For orders placed outside of France, please note that while the refund currency is always in euros, customers have the flexibility to use the return system of their choice. Return costs will also be borne by the customer. International customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
