THE FULL SERVICE

A complete and thorough overhaul of your watch.

A full service is necessary when a watch has not been checked for several years, and its mechanism is no longer working properly (if the oils have dried out or if the case has suffered a shock, for example).
It is also recommended every 5 years.

This service includes:

  • The complete disassembly of the watch
  • Replacing parts subject to wear and tear
  • Magnetization control and, if necessary, demagnetization
  • The restoration of the movement
  • Movement control
  • Polishing the case and the bracelet if it is made of metal
  • Winding the watch
  • Monitoring the operation and power reserve of the movement for 48 hours or more if necessary
  • Leak testing
  • Control and adjustment of the bracelet and the folding clasp

When specific damaged parts (dial, hands, crystal, crown, metal bracelet, etc.) need to be replaced, they will only be changed and charged extra after your approval. The warranty for this service, covering only the work performed, is 12 months.

FAST SERVICE

Changing a battery, controlling a movement...

The express service allows you to change the battery of a quartz movement or to adjust the movement of a mechanical watch, provided it is not damaged.
It is recommended to do it every two years.

This service includes:

  • Opening the case
  • Replacing the battery for quartz watches
  • Adjusting the movement
  • Changing the bottom seal
  • The case closure
  • Checking the air box for leaks
  • Clean the box and bracelet with a soft cloth
  • Control and adjustment of the bracelet and the folding clasp

THE POLISHING SERVICE

The polishing service allows your watch/bracelet to regain its original shine and luster.

This service includes:

  • Disassembling the case and bracelet
  • Disassembly of the movement assembly

The finishing of the box, the bottom of the box, the clasp and the bracelet in three steps:

  • Removing superficial scratches using a very stiff brush and a very abrasive paste (note that some deep scratches cannot be removed)
  • Smoothing the surface using a stiff brush and abrasive paste
  • The final shine is achieved using a soft brush and a thin paste.
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet
  • Reassembling the various components

THE CATERING SERVICE

The restoration service allows antique watches to regain their original appearance and be in working order again.

The catering service allows you to:

  • Disassembling and reassembling the watch and its movement in strict accordance with the tradition of Swiss watchmaking expertise
  • Replacing a damaged part
  • Replace a part or manufacture it if it is no longer available
